Unless otherwise stated in the item description, any aquatic life purchased from Sustainable Reef Solutions includes a 72 hour survival guarantee. If your specimen does not survive the first 72 hours you must do the following:

1. Take a clear photo of the deceased specimen

2. Send a description of what occurred, your photo, and order information to support@sustainablereefsolutions.com

Once you have completed the above steps, a representative will get back to you within one business day. Depending on stock, we can either replace the specimen or issue store credit.

Returns are not possible and will not be accepted for any reason.
